Yes — our in-home measurements and written estimates are 100% free, anywhere on Oahu. Unlike some big-box stores that charge for estimates, we never do.

It gives a solid ballpark range for materials and installation based on your square footage and flooring type. It's great for planning, but the exact price always comes from a free on-site measurement.

Yes. You get a clear, line-by-line breakdown of labor and materials, so you can add, remove, or adjust items to fit your budget — or even DIY part of the job.

Floors rarely sit perfectly flat. If the subfloor has dips, humps, or slopes beyond manufacturer tolerances, we level it first so your new floor lies flat, performs well, and keeps its warranty. The charge reflects the leveling compound and labor needed. You can sometimes lower it by addressing major low spots yourself beforehand — your estimator can advise.

Doors often need to be taken off (and re-hung) so flooring can run cleanly beneath the track or threshold, and occasionally trimmed for the new floor height. This line covers that labor. If you're comfortable removing and reinstalling doors yourself, it can be left off the quote.

Some layouts simply take more time — lots of small rooms, closets, angles, stairs, patterns, or transitions between materials. More cuts and detail work mean more labor, which is reflected here. Simplifying the scope (for example, fewer pattern changes) can reduce it.

Things like upper-floor units without elevators, long carries from parking, tight stairwells, or limited loading windows add time and effort to move materials and tools. This charge accounts for that. Letting us know the best place to park or load — especially in Waikiki and condos — helps us keep it as low as possible.

Yes. We can remove and haul away your existing flooring, then level and prep the subfloor before installing the new floor.

We back our installation labor with a 1-year workmanship warranty, and the materials we sell carry their own manufacturer warranties.

Absolutely. Shop our online store or visit a showroom for materials only — or order labor only if you've already bought your flooring.
