VersaSeal is a premium, clear, one-component waterbased wood floor sealer designed for residential, commercial, and sport floor applications. Its versatile formula performs on all wood species, delivering a consistent base layer that enhances overall finish performance.

Engineered to dry clear and resist yellowing, VersaSeal preserves the natural look of the wood while helping reduce tannin pull, side-bonding, and grain raise. It levels and defoams exceptionally well, creating a smooth, even surface prior to topcoat application. The sealer powders nicely when abraded between coats and provides a dependable build layer without color burn from heavy application spots.
