Uzin PE 260 – Universal Substrate Primer
UZIN PE 260 is a versatile, low-emission dispersion primer that bonds to almost any interior subfloor — absorbent or non-absorbent. Use it over concrete, cement and gypsum screeds, wood, terrazzo, ceramic tile, and well-bonded old adhesive residues to bind residual dust, regulate absorbency, and improve the bond of Uzin self-leveling compounds and flooring adhesives. It often lets you skip grinding on dense or previously glued surfaces, and it dries quickly to keep installs on schedule.
