Uzin PE 280 – Fast-Dry Primer for Non-Absorbent Surfaces
UZIN PE 280 Premium Plus is a fast-drying, ultra-low-VOC water-based dispersion primer engineered for non-absorbent interior subfloors — the surfaces that normally slow a job down. Its carbon-fiber technology and fine aggregates cure to a well-bonded, textured surface that grips self-leveling compounds and adhesives. Prime over dense concrete (up to 85% RH), well-bonded cutback/adhesive residues, single-layer sheet vinyl or VCT, ceramic, stone, terrazzo, epoxy coatings, and cured Uzin PE 460 / PE 414 Turbo — ready to work over in about 45 minutes.
